Charges were brought against the 11 youths for carrying out a string of attacks in Tel Aviv using iron chains, boards and other weapons over the past month.
The Tel Aviv district prosecutor brought charges on Thursday against a group of minors who are accused of organizing and carrying out a series of attacks againt Sudanese and Eritrean migrants in Tel Aviv.
According to the charges, the members of the gang attacked migrants using different weapons, and robbed them in some instances. The indictment is against 10 minors over racially-motivated attacks, and a further female minor is named over property offenses.
The attacks were carried out last month, reportedly with the aim of avenging attacks that had been publicized recently in the Israeli media.
Three of the instances described in the indictment took place near Hatikva market in south Tel Aviv. The gang attacked African migrants with boards and clubs, and in two of the incidents, the minors stole bicycles from the victims.
In another incident that also took place in the Hatikva neighborhood, the group attacked an Eritrean migrant with boards, stones, and iron chains, and beat him on the head and body. The victim required hospital treatment after the attack. Another victim was beaten with a motorcycle helmet, a golf club, and a metal chain near a park in the same neighborhood.
Some of the eleven youths are also charged with breaking into the shop of a migrant, from which they stole goods worth some NIS 2,000. Some of the minors also stole a cash register from another shop they brok into.
Last week, Tel Aviv Police arrested the minors and at least two adults on suspicion of carrying out the attacks.
An Israeli citizen of Ethiopian origin was assaulted on Wednesday evening in Tel Aviv during a demonstration calling for the deportation of African migrants, just a week following the violent protest in the Hatikva neighborhood, as dozens of protesters gathered on Wednesday near the central bus station in south Tel Aviv demanding the deportation of African migrants from Israel.
The protest followed an anti-migrant demonstration that turned violent last week, with some 1,000 protesters in Tel Aviv's Hatikva neighborhood calling for the ousting of African asylum seekers from Israel. Demonstrators attacked African passersby while others lit garbage cans on fire and smashed car windows.

Daglas: Settlers have formed special teams to attack the Palestinians
The official of West Bank settlements file, Ghassan Daglas, revealed that settlers have formed special armed groups to carry out organized attacks against the Palestinian civilians in the villages and towns throughout the West Bank.
There is a terrorist armed settlers' organization, in the light of their announcement about the formation of "protection groups" several weeks ago. Their mission is to protect the settlements, however in reality their mission is not to protect the settlements, but to murder and assault on Palestinian citizens and their properties, Daglas told Quds press, pointing out that each band has a particular activity such as burning trees, throwing stones, and other brutal attacks.
He added that settlers have stepped up their attacks on Palestinian farmers, and especially since Kadima joined the Likud in the occupation government. He also pointed out that this coalition, "gave a boost to the settlers, especially after the decisions taken by the Knesset to support settlements in the West Bank, and to expand settlements, and to legalize a number of illegal outposts.
He also said that the recent attacks of the settlers revealed clearly that the occupation government shares responsibility with the settlers in the attack on Palestinian civilians, which resulted in the injury of several Palestinian citizens and the burning of farmers' lands under protection of Israeli soldiers.
Daglas pointed out that the settlers' aggressions have been stepped up to shooting and intentional murder like what happened in Orif and Assira. He expected that the coming days will witness more settlers' attacks especially with the occupation authorities' expected decision to remove three outposts, adding that the recent settlers attacks are used by the settlers to pressure the occupation government.
He noted to West Bank settlements file where the number of settlers is rising, about half a million settlers are living in the occupied WB and Jerusalem, stating that this increase in settlers' numbers is an attempt to impose facts and strengthen their control on the land.
The Palestinian activist confirmed that the occupation government is in connection with the attacks carried out by settlers against unarmed Palestinian civilians, pointing out that 92 per cent of the Palestinian citizens' complaints have been closed without results.
Douglas stated that the Netanyahu government is "the government of settlements and settlers," adding that the Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister as well, 12 other members of Knesset and three ministers are living in settlements in the occupied West Bank.
In the same context, Daglas affirmed that the "protection committees" formed by Palestinian citizens in Palestinian towns are still working to include all Palestinian towns and villages, although they are targeted by the occupation forces, where the IOF arrested 37 members of the protection committees in Burin village during the past two weeks.
He noted that the Palestinian citizens are extremely angry and upset because of the escalation of attacks by settlers, warning of an explosion of a massive popular anger in the West Bank to stop these attacks.
Hassan Safadi is a young Palestinian who is in coma in Rafidia hospital in Nablus after he was shot by settlers which tied him and threw him on the ground in an agricultural area in a rural village in which Palestinian farmers are subjected to settlers' attacks.
Settlers had previously attacked the village of Assira al-Qibleyya where they shot on its residents, resulting in the injury of a young Palestinian man in his face.

IOF soldiers protect settlers as settlers attack
A video captured the collusion between Israeli Occupation Soldiers and extremist Jewish settlers firing live ammunition at Palestinians.
The incident took place on Saturday during clashes between the settlers who came from Yitzhar, an Israeli colony built to the east of the village on land stolen from the villagers in 1983 and Palestinian farmers from Asira al-Qibliya near Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
The video, filmed by a volunteer in an Israeli human rights organization "B'Tselem", showed the shooting of a Palestinian by two Jewish settlers in the presence of at least three IOF soldiers who did not intervene.
In this video, taken from a different angle, two settlers can be seen carrying M-16 rifles and shooting a Palestinian young man in his head and him falling to the ground.Another angle shows a third settler open fire on Palestinians while Israeli occupation soldiers showed up at the scene, but instead of doing anything to halt the settler assault, the soldiers formed a line to protect the settlers who continued firing at Palestinians.
B'Tselem wrote urgently to the Police requesting that those involved in the violent attack are arrested and prosecuted.
Additionally, B'Tselem wrote to the Military Police Investigation Unit requesting that a military police investigation is opened at once into the suspicion that the soldiers did not adhere to their obligation to protect Palestinians from settler violence, and that one of the attackers was a soldier on leave. B'Tselem additionally requested that the soldiers are instructed to cooperate with the police investigation and identify the suspect in the shooting.
For its part, the occupation army claimed on Monday that it was investigating the incident.

B'Tselem: the occupation army provides cover for settlers in their attacks
"B'Tselem" organization revealed that the occupation army provided security cover for Zionist settlers' attacks on Palestinian civilians.
The Zionist Organization stated that their cameras had filmed a video to document a settlers' attack on Palestinian citizens in Nablus city, northern West Bank, and that this video showed that IOF, which was present in the area of the incident, did not bother to intervene to stop the settlers who were firing at Palestinians.
The Hebrew newspaper Maariv, in its Monday edition, stated that a confrontation had broken out last Saturday in Asira village southwest of Nablus, when a group of "Yitzhar" settlers started attacking the village and shooting at its population, without prior notice, as reported by the newspaper.
According to B'Tselem's reports, the video cameras of the organization, which documented the incident, showed that the settlers had fired live bullets towards Palestinians before the eyes of the soldiers who were present during the incident and who had done nothing.
The attack resulted in wounding a Palestinian youth (24 years) with a live bullet in his head, in addition to five others who were not seriously injured.
